DAVID G. CONCANNON

David Concannon practices in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property, sports and recreation law, product liability and trade secret litigation.

Since establishing the firm in 2002, David Concannon has achieved millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts in trials and arbitrations nationwide, and he has successfully defended more than $100 million in claims asserted against the firm’s clients.  Mr. Concannon achieved one of the top 50 jury verdicts in the United States in 2005, in a case that also achieved the second highest jury verdict in Pennsylvania in 2005 and one of the highest jury verdicts ever recorded in a tortious interference case.

David Concannon was recognized as a "Super Lawyer" in Business Litigation by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.  He was recognized as a "Rising Star" in the area of Business Litigation in 2005.

Personal

David Concannon is married to Donna Concannon.  They have two children and two step-children.  Mr. Concannon has been a scuba diver since the age of 14.  He also enjoys spending time on the water, motorcycling, photography, guitar playing and flying. 

David Concannon is a member of various legal and professional organizations.  He is a Fellow of The Explorers Club, a Member of the Sea-Space Symposium, and an Associate Member of the Deep Submersible Pilots Association.  He also enjoys participating in various non-legal organizations, including the BMW Motorcycle Owners of America and the Randall Knife Society.  He is a current or former member of the American Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Brehon Law Society and the ABA Standing Committee on World Order Under Law.
