Mr. Concannon was anonymously nominated for Super Lawyers in 2005, after he achieved the second highest jury verdict in Pennsylvania.  This was the highest jury verdict in a business litigation case in Pennsylvania in 2005, and one of the top 50 jury verdicts achieved in the United States that year.  Over the past decade, Mr. Concannon has achieved a string of successful jury verdicts in state and federal courts nationwide, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. 

The selection process for "Super Lawyers" includes polling of attorneys previously recognized for the award, followed by peer evaluation and a research process that evaluates each candidate based on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.  Less than five percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania are recognized in Super Lawyers.
